Unfortunately, there are a lot of fakes, flakes, and outright liars, which is very frustrating for us.  No one wants to be blown off or ghosted, and it happens more than it doesn&#8217;t, which leads to long periods of inactivity.   We did indeed go from the middle of August all the way to the middle of October with absolutely nothing.  On this particular day, Mr. S. got lucky.
